Agreement & Demand Letter
The process begins when the Employer sends a Demand Letter and Power of Attorney, attested by the Bangladesh Embassy in the destination country.
Pre-Screening & Sourcing
We utilize our extensive database and local advertising to source candidates. We conduct initial background checks to ensure candidates meet age and experience requirements.
Skill Testing & Interviews
Shortlisted candidates undergo practical trade tests at our technical training centers. Employers are invited to interview candidates physically or via video conference.
Medical Check-up
Selected workers undergo strict medical examinations at GAMCA-approved or authorized medical centers to ensure they are fit for duty.
Passport & Visa Processing
We handle all documentation, including passport verification and visa endorsement from the respective Embassy/Consulate.
BMET Clearance (Manpower Card)
We obtain the necessary emigration clearance and Smart Card from the Bureau of Manpower, Employment and Training (BMET) in Bangladesh.
